Returns/Refunds


Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction! Email us with issues and if a return/refund is necessary, it will be promptly handled. New, unused items may be returned at your expense for refund of the purchase price (minus original shipping cost). No refunds will be issued for items not returned in their original condition. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

If you are returning an item valued over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot issue a refund if we do not receive the item.

If a purchased item is lost in shipping (only if verified by tracking number), a replacement item will be created and sent at no additional charge. Replacement items are subject to availability (for example, if fabric is out of stock, an exact replacement may not be possible). If substitution is necessary in that case, customer will have the option to choose a replacement of comparable value or receive a refund.

Every effort is made to assure quality in materials and workmanship and we will repair an item that fails during normal use at no charge - you only pay shipping costs. And knowing that accidents happen, we will repair items for our customers at minimal cost. To put it plainly, purses are not meant to carry bowling balls - if you choose to overload and the handles rip off or the bottom tears open, that one is on you. If you tend to carry heavier items regularly, please let us know in the ordering process and we will make every effort to construct a bag to meet your needs.
